• Manage CEO/MD’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
• Handle confidential information professionally
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional demeanor and discretion
